J'expose une partie de ma série l'Année en Nature Morte à l'Office de Tourisme de Jumilhac le Grand, été 2026.
Une série d’images présentant des produits au fil des saisons, dans le style des peintres de nature morte des 17e et 18e siècles.
Contrairement à la photo classique où l’on cherche le sujet tout prêt, en nature morte le photographe commence par sélectionner et arranger les objets.
Il crée le sujet lui même.
In this series, (work in progress) I wanted to present my favourite produce of each season in the style of the still-life painters of the 17th and 18th centuries.
Unlike normal photography where you search for and then capture a subject, in still life the process of selecting and then arranging the articles to be included in the photo make the work much closer to painting.
